“If there were words meaning beyond excellent, superb, outstanding, I would use all of them. Austin made the experience truly exciting and fun. He was completely focused on helping us understand and articulate what we wanted our kitchen to be, explaining all possible options and things to consider, while never inserting his own preferences into the process unless we urged him to do so.

From the initial design phase to the last final detail, we could not have imagined that there could be a company like Kenwood where every single individual involved from top to bottom was completely focused on delivering the perfect kitchen to us and doing so in a way that changed what normally would have been a stressful 5 week interruption to our lives into an enriching and memorable experience of watching a company and a group of skilled employees and subcontractors find joy in their work, like and respect the others they work with, and want to help each other make everything work out for the customer. He helped with identifying cabinets that fit my vision and budget, prepared drawings based on my architect’s plans, and communicated with me and my contractor at every step of the way. Working with Dan has taken much of the kitchen remodel stress off my plate as he was knowledgable and experienced and could provide much needed logistical guidance and recommendations. In addition, Dan understands construction so making changes on the fly were a huge help to my contractor and Dan was always available for phone calls or to stop by for the layout and install.
