White and Wood
White perimeters and wood toned islands are a great way to add a contrast to your kitchen. Oftentimes, the existing hardwood floor will remain in the kitchen. Adding a darker stain on the island cabinetry is a great way to bring in the warmth of wood without having too much of the same color throughout.
